The North Bergen Parking Authority is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Sealed RFP responses will be received by the Executive Director of the Parking Authority on December 11, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. in the office of the North Bergen Parking Authority, Property Insurance, Commercial General Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, Public Officials Liability Insurance and Umbrella Insurance Brokerage Services
Specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Office of the North Bergen Parking Authority. Respondents shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
